This hotel has a lot of positives. It has great rooms, several swimming pools and hot tubs, restaurants, fitness room and is next door to a boutique mall with fun stores and good restaurants. It does not have its own beach, but the beaches on either side of it are easily accessible. One thing that we liked is that it has a laid back resort versus some of those resort environments that have so much overhead that the employees feel huge pressure to keep you on-site 24 hours a day. ...read more

Overall, the hotel is decently nice (but not very), I would not recommend to pay full fare for this hotel, since it is an upgraded hotel from the 70s (outside look ugly). The swimming pools are small and not entertaining, there is not many jacuzzi (not enough). It is a pity that when they remodeled they did not put a walk-in shower. But the inside of the room looks OK. I would recommend to stay in the main tower building on the high floor (7 or 8) on the north-west side. Other rooms either don't

I would recommend it to anyone. It is a great destination resort. There is a children's pool area with watersides The waterside attendant is super nice! There is also a serenity pool for adults and couples who want to be romantic. The hotel is on the dry side of the island so the weather is usually fantastic.
